Lewis is a Project Advisor who works across a number of SCLD’s projects. He works closely with Programme Leads and supports the work of upcoming projects.

Matthew is SCLD's Development Worker - he works to support various projects as part of the Evidence & Rights hub, but also provides support across the SCLD team, helping to create accessible information.

Michelle is SCLD's Gender Based Violence Project Adviser, within our Human Rights hub. Michelle's post is part of the Scottish Government's Equally Safe fund, which aims to prevent and eradicate violence against women and girls. Michelle is also a registered learning disability nurse, with over 24 years experience in learning disability nursing.

Oliver answers phone calls and manages the admin mailbox. Oliver also supports the project team with their admin needs.

Kelly is SCLD’s Head of Business Development, leading on income-generation, marketing and communications and the annual Scottish Learning Disability Week campaign.

Andy is SCLD’s Strategic Lead: Participation & Partnership. This includes much of SCLD’s engagement work, and supporting other organisations with policy and practice development.

Cameron is SCLD's Development Worker, supporting the SCLD team to deliver events, conferences, workshops and engagement activities, as well as leading on key development programmes, such as employment.

As Evidence Programme Lead, Ruth drives SCLD’s Digital Transformation Project and other research projects with external partners. She also makes sure that SCLD’s work is underpinned by the best available data.

He works with stakeholders to influence national policy and legislation and promote human rights.  Lorne facilitates SCLD's Housing and Independent Living Advisory Group.

James is a Project Advisor who works across a number of SCLD’s projects. He works closely with Programme Leads and supports the work of projects such as Include For Good, the Expert Group and Scottish Learning Disability Week.

Jeannie works alongside the Include For Good Rapporteurs to co-design, deliver and report on their engagement with people with influence and power in Scotland and to ensure that these conversations lead to actions that will bring about systemic and sustainable change.

Rachel is SCLD's Administration and Compliance Officer. She works to ensure effective governance, compliance, and operational efficiency, while also providing vital secretariat support to our Board and Sub-Committees.

Iain creates online content and schedules SCLD’s social media. He also compiles our monthly eFocus newsletter.
